Returns & Refunds

Most Unhinged Decor products are made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color selections, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. Please review product details and sizing information carefully before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive an item different from what you ordered, we'll work to make it right.

After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate. You generally will not need to return a defective or incorrectly fulfilled item unless we specifically request it.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take 5–10 business days to post it.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of being placed.

After the 15-minute cancellation window, your order may have entered production. Because our products are made to order, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows your package was lost in transit or your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us at support@unhingeddecor.com with your order number so we can investigate.

If tracking shows an order as delivered but you can't locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier. We'll help where we can, but we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address or replace an order shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
