Shipping Policy

Every Unhinged Decor product is made to order. Your item is produced after you place your order, then shipped directly to you by the print-on-demand production partner (through Printify) that makes that product.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses within the United States only. We don't ship internationally at this time.

Production & delivery times

Production: 2–7 business days. Every item is made to order after you buy it.
Shipping (transit): 3–8 business days after your order ships.
Typical total: about 5–15 business days from order to delivery. During the holiday rush, production and carrier times can run longer.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other things outside our control can affect delivery times.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping within the US is free on most items. If an item in your cart has a shipping charge, the exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden fees.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email tracking information to the address used at checkout. Tracking can take a day or two to update after a label is created.

Multiple packages

Items in the same order may be made at different production facilities, so your order may arrive in more than one package or on different days. You won't be charged extra shipping because an order is split.

Incorrect shipping addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away at support@unhingeddecor.com. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

Lost or missing packages

If your package seems lost in transit or hasn't arrived within the delivery window above, email support@unhingeddecor.com with your order number and we'll help investigate.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you can't find it, please check with household members, neighbors, around the delivery location, and the carrier first.
